  • Manage event timelines, team members, and ensure smooth onsite execution.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale conferences/expos.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and event/project management tools.

Event Coordinator (3 Position)

Experience: 2–3 years

Location: Navi Mumbai (2) & Delhi (1)

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to assist in organizing conferences and exhibitions. The role involves supporting the event team in execution, logistics, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support event planning and day-to-day coordination activities.
  • Liaise with speakers, exhibitors, and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Assist in registration, delegate management, and documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics including travel, hospitality, and on-ground arrangements.
  • Maintain checklists, reports, and communication logs for internal tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Backend Operations Executive – Customer Management (2 Position)

We are looking for a Backend Operations Executive to manage customer databases, delegate coordination, and backend processes related to events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient data management, lead follow-ups, and customer support for participants and partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update customer and delegate databases (CRM tools).
  • Handle event registration data, confirmations, and communication.
  • Coordinate with clients, exhibitors, and delegates for queries and support.
  • Generate reports, track leads, and assist in maintaining dashboards.
  • Support the sales and event team with backend documentation and follow-ups.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and timely response to customer communication.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline with strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in backend or customer support roles.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
